You can request deletion even if you have uninstalled Mezgeb.
In the app
Open Settings, tap Support, then Delete account. Review what will be removed and confirm the same Google account. Deletion completes immediately.
Without the app
Email support@madstarstudio.tech with the subject “Delete my Mezgeb account” and your sign-in email address.
We verify ownership
We will verify that you control the account before deleting it. Never send your password, app PIN or login codes.
What is removed
Your Mezgeb cloud identity, associated profile and cloud backup, including ledger records and receipt images in that backup. Your Tsehafi daily usage count is kept only as an anonymous total with no link to you.
Copies on your devices
A web request cannot erase an offline phone. Deleting from inside the app already clears the phone you used; other phones and exported files are not touched. Clear local app storage and remove exported files separately. Your Google account remains available.
Confirmation
An email draft starts a request only after you send it. We complete email requests within 30 days of confirming you own the account, and we email you when it is done. Infrastructure backups expire within 30 days after deletion.
